At Duneela Maison, every piece is carefully prepared for its journey to you. Our marble and stone fixtures are heavy, fragile, and handled with the utmost care — from our workshop to your door.

 Lead Time

Please allow a minimum of **5 weeks** from the date of your order before delivery. This covers the full preparation, packaging, and shipping process for your marble piece. We do not dispatch orders before this period, as each piece requires individual inspection and custom securing.

You will receive updates throughout the process and a tracking confirmation once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your order quantity, weight, and destination. Once your order is placed, our team will calculate and communicate your shipping quote. You will have the opportunity to review and approve costs before we proceed with dispatch.

Orders within France benefit from complimentary shipping when the order value exceeds €65.

 Packaging for Fragile Marble Pieces

Our pieces are packaged with reinforced double-walled boxes, foam padding, and protective wrapping tailored to each item's shape and weight. We take full responsibility for ensuring your piece arrives safely secured.

 

Transit Damage

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. All transit damage cases are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
